We encourage all attendees to volunteer for whatever amount of time they are available. Volunteers who commit to volunteering for two 5-hour shifts will be eligible for a discounted full conference registration pass (please see the registration page for exact pricing. You can also volunteer for just one 5-hour shift and in exchange register for a one-day conference registration also at a discounted price.
Volunteers are responsible for their own housing, transportation, and parking unless they are also accepted to the scholarship or fee waiver program.
Volunteer registration does not include the cost of field trips and/or pre and post conference workshops that show an additional fee unless you are assigned to be a volunteer at that particular event. Scholarships are also available for some of these events.
